Lost my progress
I lost basically all my progress with only a few premium plants still unlocked and am unable to get any of my progress back in or get all the other plants I bought

Good luck with getting help with that. I have the same issue I have reached out for help several times and each time I get a generic message saying they're here to help me only to end without resolution and directs me to the forum over a month now I have invested well over $ 100 in this game I was well advanced and had lots of plant and mints . I tried all their would be fixed to no avail.
I am having this problem also. The only thing I can basically use is the daily game and several of the different tracks. I am kicked out when I try to use the arena or penny persuit. I am trying to play to get my old plants back, etc. but I can’t use a lot of the functionality. Any suggestions!
