ads problem

i watched ads to get free play for arena and also for rent plant then the ads keep going without any button to end it . this problem has already repeated many times . wasting my time and efforts. when i try to restart the game , i lost my ticket to play the arena and lost my diamond without playing it . i really hatee thiss !! please setting your ads and remove the bugs !
