Ads won't cloae

Question

I am able to play a ad and then when the ad is done it won't cloae. I have not been able to get anything from the ads in 2 days. I have to shut down the game and go back in and restart the game. I play on a iPhone and it doesn't seem to be the phone because this ap is the only thing that is affected. What can I do

I have replied to your other post.&nbsp; It is likely the problem is at the server end so you will just need to wait until their have that fixed.&nbsp; Where are you located?Alternatively, you can create a case with EA by clicking the HELP CENTER link at the bottom of this page.

Yeah I was hoping it wasn’t. I guess I’ll just have to wait. I’m in California. I wasn’t having any problems with the game until recently

Hi, can you try restarting your device and see if that has any effect? That should clear some cached data and will hopefully help with clearing this up.&nbsp;

I realize this is an old post.&nbsp;Was there ever a solution found to this ? I am having this same exact problem a the moment...
