All data has been lost
I have been playing PVZ2 for years and I have just lost all my data. Please can you reinstate my profile. It has put me all the way back to beginning and I had purchased and unlocked plants, all have been lost. Please find answers to your questions.
- Did you use the PvZ 2 backup methods (iCloud or Google, depending on your device)? iCloud
- Have you recently restored your device or reinstalled the app? no
- Did you update your device recently? If so, what version of the operating system are you now using? no
- What type of device are you playing on? Apple 14 Pro Max
- What is the current version of your operating system?iOS 18.2
- What language is your operating system set to? English UK
- Is your copy of PvZ 2 fully up to date? Yes
If you have reistered your email address with the PVZ2 App (and receiced a small amount of gems as a reward) in past, you can try re-installing the game from fresh and perform the email register again using the same address to recover your original progress.
If you have not registered in past or the above method failed, your only option is to contact EA Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page for further assistance, please note there will likely be a long queue and sometimes it takes a few attempts to reach a knowledgeable advisor to help recovering your account.
