Hi I haven’t been able to recover my pvz2 account on iOS please fix this problem I have lost all my game progress all worlds have been locked again and all my plants are locked and game progress lost.
Press the spanner.Then press help.A form will come up to fill in.
Fill the form in under missing content.
Include a screenshot of your ID.
EA will create a case and get back to you via email.
@ft83pi2oe40m, what you have to do is the following.
If you signed up to EA's email registration scheme (you got 100 free gems) use that to get a unique code to restore your account.
If you didn't then you need the ORIGINAL player id number associated with your missing account, if you made that screenshot before losing your account then that's it, if you made that screenshot AFTER you lost your account then it probably is a new account generated to replace your old one.
If you have that number then either tap HELP at the bottom of the page or follow this link to go to the official EA HELP CENTER http://help.ea.com/en/ where you will have to make out a missing content report.
If you don't have the correct player id number the EA can't/won't help you because it will be somewhere in their backup servers.
By the way, never post your player id number on a public forum, it is an invitation to hackers and i suggest that if it is your original player id number that you ask EA HELP to issue you a new one.
