I made didn't receive my item!

 I made a purchase in PVZ 2 and did not receive my reward.

I bought a package for 20.99 that would give me 125 seeds of the witch-hazelnut and golden sprout, but I  didn't receive my reward for that, i made the purchase via Pix, through the Nubank institution, Here is the receipt and a photo of the game, I hope I get my money back or the reward I paid for.
