All my coins lost

Today somehow I lost all my coins. On my last log in i had around 130,000 and now its zero! I have 0 coins at this moment.  Can i do something to resolve this bug?

    Click the EA Help Center link at the bottom of this page and open a 'Missing Content' case.  You will need to provide your player ID and maybe screenshots of your in game currencies to prove you have got that amount so the advisor can help to credit your account with the missing coins.

@nmarton09 I take a screenshot weekly just incase this happens as I have experienced similar problems.

@Lambsy65 Good advice! Unfortunately I didn't take a photo. I didn't expect this to happen ☹️

    I learned the hard way,the server went down and I lost a considerable amount of gems and coins and because I didn’t have proof I couldn’t get them back.
