I dont have my achievements

Hi EA Team,

I play Plants vs. Zombies 2 on my Samsung A13 (Android, downloaded from Google Play). I completed several worlds and achievements while offline — for example, Far Future, Lost City, Vasebreaker stages, and defeated a Far Future Gargantuar.

After reconnecting online, the achievements didn’t appear even though my progress is saved.

I can’t find my Player ID because the Settings icon doesn’t show on my screen.

Could you please help restore or sync my achievements?
