Aloe

Question

Dear EA and PopCap! I am Nándi, a huge fan of the PvZ series. I started PvZ 2 when you shared it on Google Play Store. Then I deleted the game, IDK why. Then I started it again, and got Aloe with completing the Epic Quest: Aloe, Salut! (Btw he is my favorite plant). Then I deleted the game again and when seed packets were added, I started again.But now, you can unlock Aloe by collecting 150 seed packets, and I didn't collect them, because I couldn't log into the game. Can you please do something with this? @IAmThatCigii Hi. This is a players forum, so none of the people here can technically solve your problem. There is a help centre at the bottom of the page and you can log any complaints/ problems you have. I am not sure why you can't log into the game. Maybe the others here will have a better suggestion.

@IAmThatCigii&nbsp;I don't know why you can't log on either unless you put in an age lower than 13 when you were asked your age.I'm sending you a private message you should read because time is short if you want to unlock ALOE.If you kept your original player id number you could have asked EA to restore your old account but you probably didn't.When you do manage to log on sign up for EA's email registration scheme and screenshot or write down your player id number so you can recover this account if you lose it or delete it again.
