I don't know why you can't log on either unless you put in an age lower than 13 when you were asked your age.
I'm sending you a private message you should read because time is short if you want to unlock ALOE.
If you kept your original player id number you could have asked EA to restore your old account but you probably didn't.
When you do manage to log on sign up for EA's email registration scheme and screenshot or write down your player id number so you can recover this account if you lose it or delete it again.
