Are you preventing me from earning gems I deserve?

I tried to watch ads to earn gems that were uncollectible after finishing the travel log tasks yesterday. And to be honest, there are better ways to make money.

    I think players limited to earn gems from watching ads 3x per day, did you use up all 3 chances?

    Ok, you original post was 12 hours ago and I can see your ads for gems offer should have been reset under 5 hours from the time of the image was taken, could you try the ads for gems again today and see if the same message still shows up?

    @FluxLightSept Thank you for the confirmation.

    The ads for gems refreshes the same time as the daily Piñata just in case you are not aware.
