Game data completely wiped, replaced with 2 new accounts

Hello everyone. So I have played PvZ2 for years and had a lot of progress. Unfortunately, either with a recent update or something like that all of it is now gone. I have contacted EA twice and have gotten no response. My EA account also seems to be bizzarely "replaced", as it has a different username and a newer join date. Just what the hell is happening here and does anyone else have this problem? Please help, I really do not want to quit this game.

  • You have to go on the EA help website for this.

    go to pvz2, and open a case about your lost progress. (send screenshots of your account and device number before and after the data loss) When someone contacts you in your emails about it, reply so they know its still a problem after a while, if all goes well, they will give you another email saying they got your account back. Only thing that doesn’t come back are which plants you’ve favorited, everything else will be there.

    This worked for me, but it’s kind of slow for them to get your progress back.

    Already got it back by contacting them, but thank you. Was very scared my data was gone forever, but they just restored it in an instant. Cool stuff
