Battles mode crashing mid game since today’s new Arena
Battle mode this week keeps crashing and shutting my game down on my IPad. I see no update available or mention on this chat room, anyone else having the issue?

My game does the same on my iPhone.

I think this is a new bug with the feature plant on IOS.
It has been reported both here and on sub reddit before and EA devs team has been alerted.
Same here (iPhone 10). I played only 4 Arena matches today and 2 of them experienced a crash (once in the middle of the game, once at the very end).
Update: The bug is not just being on IOS it can also be found on Android.
The problem is the new feature plant, Hocus Crocus, is crashing with Witch Hazel. So until a fix is released, you should be able to play the game if you take out Witch Hazel for the time being. I know this workaround is not great but the other option is stop playing Arena battlez.
I also am having difficulties with Battlez Arena this week. I've only been able to complete 1 game with several incomplete trials. I'm using an Android Tablet & in USA.

Oh heck, one more to add for the devs.
I think this is similar problem where Witch Hazel transforms the zombie to something that Hocus Crocus cannot teleport and my guess is same situation when Caulipower converts the zombies to be on your side and this prevents teleportation.
Thanks for sharing the problem and I will give this new finding to Haem and her team.
