I have the same problem! And I have lost my progress in the tournament and I have wasted 3 gloves for nothing. Does EA give us back what we have lost?

Hello - this has happened to me all week long. I've been in Jade league for years and have lost countless gauntlets trying to play this week. The help function in the game doesn't work either. The game allows me to go in, select plants and then when I try to play, the game shuts down.
