The game is constantly crashing

Game is constantly crashing. I have played this game for a very long time and every time I try to open up the game, it will crash and close back down. The calendar has not reset each day to collect the daily reward. It also will not let me go through the ads without crashing. Basically the game shuts down constantly. Can you please help with us?
