PVZ2 Arena crashes on my ipad every time I start playing the game. I'm in Jade league, blaze leaf season (just started), final tournament - blaze leaf & friends vs zomboss. I've closed all background apps, shut down & restarted the ipad, but no help. Is this a known problem with the new tournament?

Oh, and I should mention that the Help function in the app doesn't work. Tapping the help icon doesn't do anything. It and the EULA, Policy, User Agreement all are not working. They show a circle instead of an arrow on the right side of the screen.

I logged in to do a free practice run, selected my plants, and pressed okay, and it crashed. The last tournament was wonky, but at least I could play it.Ipad 9th generation IOS 18.11

Update:I can see that some people are able to play the Arena tournament since their progress is displayed. I've tried deleting the game from the ipad, reinstalling and reloading data. That worked but the same problems remain: no help function available and Arena tournament crashes every time as it loads, before I can select plants or anything else.

I have the same problem! And I have lost my progress in the tournament and I have wasted 3 gloves for nothing. Does EA give us back what we have lost?

Blaze leaf final tournament keeps crashing every time.

PVZ2 Arena crashes on my ipad every time I start playing the game. I'm in Jade league, blaze leaf season (just started), final tournament - blaze leaf & friends vs zomboss. I've closed all background apps, shut down & restarted the ipad, but no help. Is this a known problem with the new tournament?

Hello - this has happened to me all week long. I've been in Jade league for years and have lost countless gauntlets trying to play this week. The help function in the game doesn't work either. The game allows me to go in, select plants and then when I try to play, the game shuts down.
