Broken Penny’s Pursuit
Anyone else have issues with Penny’s? I haven’t played this weeks one yet, entered today and it’s showing me my cleared progress from Hot Date and that awful level 4 - 3 chilis incomplete. Now missing getting the rewards ☹️

that is strange,I have never seen this bug. so the levels are not refreshing?
- @RogueYumei I have the same problem~ all my levels filled up an hour after the new level started... I asked EA help for my seeds (which they did) but you are not the only one so don't worry too much about it.
@RogueYumei I have the same problem. I played all three difficulties levels (chilies) on all 5 levels on my high level profiles so missing out the 1st time play EoN seeds. Will try to claim them next week and see how helpful the Help center advisors will be.

@RogueYumei , that happen to me too.. that stage no reset and no reward for completing..
only perking progress is reset...
i guess this is another failure for EA -_-"
- @Clarionz89 Try to contact them a lot of times to ask for seeds.. all my missing content cases are solved. ^^
Same for me.
When the EoN PP started 2 days ago I completed one level of all 5 challenges. I log in the next day and it says I've done all 3 levels of each challenge. So I've missed out on a ton of rewards. I contacted EA help who said it sounded like a sync error and gave me a link to a generic EA help page which as far as I could see told me nothing about problems with syncing. I'm really not very technically minded at all so I've given up and I'll just write it off as bad luck.
If it happens in the next PP too I'll probably just stop playing!

Just to update you, EA have rewarded me 200 EoN seeds for the issues I've had with PP, this is way more than I'd have got for being able to complete the challenges so I'm happy.
The bad news is they've awarded it to a profile name I don't use!!! I'm now trying to sort that out but I wanted to let you know that complaining works (sometimes!)
- @MortStella I have experienced that one time. They added Blooming Heart seeds to my unused profile. I have to mail them back to get back my seeds.
