bug currency

Hello EA Support, I have an issue with my Plants vs. Zombies 2 account. My Gems originally were 24, but after logging in and syncing my account, they suddenly increased to more than 4.000 without me purchasing or intentionally adding them. My Coins also increased unexpectedly. I also had a problem downloading the Arena data, but Arena is now working normally. I accidentally used a small amount of the extra Gems before realizing there was a problem. I did not use any cheats, mods, or third-party tools. Could you please check my account and confirm whether there is an issue with my game data or synchronization? Thank you.
