Bug with rewards

Yesterday I logged into the game, but my rewards were reset to zero, then I entered the arena mode and took 50 crystals. After returning to the game, the bug disappeared along with my crystals...

Yes, its right.. same to other too and me. Which one is more valuable, crystal, diamond or gems 💎?
