This plant should have been obtained, and as a result, bug, caused a loss of 50 fragments.I hope I can get it back. Thank you.

Tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and fill out a missing content report for your 50 missing seeds, you will have to give them your player id number and attach the screenshots, they are usually very good with missing content cases.
This happen to me and EA quickly restored the missing seeds
send the screenshots you posted here and be sure to select Missing Content
