EA Customer Service Disaster Plants vs Zombies 2
About a month ago, I contacted EA customer service because a faulty update erased all my resources and changed my name to “1”. My progress and plants are still intact, but I lost a large amount of resources:
Coins: ~80,000
Gems: ~1,000
Mints: ~1,800
Arena Gauntlets: ~20
Seed Packets / Sprouts: ~30,000
I have already provided all the information requested by customer support multiple times to different representatives, yet they keep asking for the same details again, even though everything is already included in the case history. Several cases were closed without resolving the problem, and now three different support agents have contacted me again with identical questions — the first in German, the next two in English.
Do they even know what their colleagues are doing? Do they actually read what has already been written?
This is a total customer service disaster — and I know what I’m talking about, as I worked in customer service for a large computer company for twelve years.
Has anyone here successfully received their lost resources back?
