Bug

Quite regularly on the claim rewards it says I have got all 9 rewards including the 10 gems for doing 8 others. I press claim.  It then gives me all the rewards apart from the 10 gems. The 10 gems rewards is still available.  So I press claim.  It then shows the flower and spins a circle round it but then gives up.  So I'm not able to claim the 10 gems. In the picture below you can see I've got 8/8 with claim available but it won't let me take it.
