Plants vs. Zombies 2 on iPhone always shows “User Not Authorized. You are not authorized to purchase on this device.” The error appears immediately before Apple’s purchase dialog opens. I have never been able to make any purchase since creating the account. I have already reinstalled the game, changed App Store region, and verified my payment method.
