Can gold leaf,sea flora,vamporcini and Noctarine get a buff.

these plants in pvz2 are too weak either in damage or too slow in recharge like gold leaf and thus need a boost and buff.And especially for vamporcini he is very useless in pvz2 because he can just suck blood once and thus he needs to get a buff by sucking zombie blood Once Again after his first time sucking with time going by or else this plant is really useless in this game.
