Can not restore back up data
I come back to play again since I was not play long time around 1 year.
But I could not restore my back up data from my email. I remember i was lv40.
please admin help me.

With the last few updates, there has been quite a lot of players (especially iOS players) have their email linked to a fresh account with no progress, if you are one of those unlucky player, you will need to know your original player ID to receive further helps from the advisors. They can be reached by following the Help Center link at the bottom of this page.
Its very bad.
I could not remember ID player.
