Unable to restore PvZ 2 account

I had an account for Plants Vs. Zombie 2 on iOS, I had beaten Modern Day, and made multiple in-app purchases. An iOS software update wiped the app's data, and I was unable to use the email I synced with my account to sign in because the dates of birth did not match up. Recently, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed my date of birth to the one set on the email I was using. Unfortunately, all it did when I registered my email was register it to that random identity and give me gems, it didn't restore my account and the force sync data button didn't do anything either. The restore purchases button also just flat out did not do anything at all. My achievements still show up in gamecenter. Also, an EA agent was no help.
