Why the game Plants vs Zombies wont allow to collect the 10 gems when the 8 quests are completed?
It is a new bug introduced on the 11.3.1 update,
Please do not re-install your game as it risks losing your progress, there is nothing as you or any other players can do except waiting fir a fix to be delivered by PopCap.
Same here...I know it's a mobile game and I have only spent maybe 10 to 15 bucks on buying plants but cmon EA/popcap, it would be great to have this fixed.
That does NOT work!!
I have had this issue for over a month, but occasionally it will work, but for the most part it a failure and I would love PopCap to credit about 150 gems for time lost playing while not receiving the reward.
So frustrating! It worked for 1 - 2 days, and now it's not working again.
Updates? and will we receive gems packets to make up for at least some of the ones we're missing?
I, too, have been having the same problem. Yesterday, I deleted my game, and reinstalled it, hoping to have better luck, only to find it did not fix the problem.
Still not working… It’s a shame!
Completes 5 daily tasks, thats about 50 gems… EA reimburse my gems please.
