No. How is that done if you don't mind me asking? Regarding the issue with the email I gave my PS4 to my nephew several years ago. About a year ago he upgraded to a PS5 and asked me if I wanted my PS4 back because now my kids are old enough to play games now. So I'm guessing perhaps he did something to mess it up or maybe it's just some old email I don't remember but I've tried every email I can think of to no avail. Is there a way to just unlink or delete the old account. I've tried and tried to get back to the live chat with support and the option to chat with support is flat not there since my first chat and I've been trying for 2 days. I tried an email that Gemini gave me to reach out to EA and no response thus far on that either. I don't care about loss of progress or any of that on my old games as most of them were lost or ruined over the years anyway. I just wanted to play PVZ GW2 with the kids because I know they'd like it and playing an old $3 game has turned into this big super frustrating fiasco most of which is due to the fact that the EA support team is very inaccessible. I know it's not me because a plethora of Reddit posts spring up about my exact issue with support as soon as I google how to get ahold of EA support. I'd think there would be more concern on the part of corporate over this issue and dismissive support staff who find it acceptable to declare numerous people's problems unsolvable and screw them out of their ability to play games in part or as a whole and therefore their money. One thing I can't stand and that is all too common today are bottom line first customer last companies and, from my personal experience, and the perception of a lot of others in public forums EA seems to be one of these. It's a shame.
