My progress was lost

I has been looking for ways to recover my progress for a long time. I know that my PlayerID is required for recovering the progress, but I do not have it. I have sent emails regarding my lost progress to EA Help, but I did not receive any reply. I have tried to chat with EA Help, but I was not brought to the chat page after I had sent my information. The Help button as well as the Restore Purchases button in the game do not work. I was really frustrated.
My game had been linked to an email address (not EA Account) before the progress was lost. Can this help me recover my progress? If it cannot, what can I do?
