You need to tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of this page, find pvz2 and the only type of complaint that you will get a reply from is a missing content report.
Bug reports just get kicked upstairs to the dev who deals with bugs and ignored.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM I just tried that option but there is no topic Missing Content report.... (they must have read your reply and deleted it 😄)
- @machinecooks On the home page of the game press the wrench then press help, a form will come up and there should be the missing content option
- @Lambsy65 I tried that and I am getting to the same page with all the links.. (on the left I found 3 questions related to missing content) and when I click on that I have the option to email them... yay... thats the first time I got that far... at least something! thanks so much
- @machinecooks You’re very welcome,I’ve just tried myself to check if the option is still there and it is,you should be able to create a case and they will email you but don’t expect it to be wuick
I just tried it and found this.
On my newest device it had a scroll down menu. (Both android).
