Ad aspect ratio

Every time I get an advertisement, the aspect ratio is now messed up and won’t allow me to exit out of the ad. The only thing I can do is close out the app and reopen it. While this normally wouldn’t be an issue, it is preventing me from watching ads to get certain rewards, or between levels.

Typically after a period of predetermined time has passed, you are rewarded and able to close out of the advertisement. I’ve sat in an ad for 5 minutes to make sure it wasn’t an issue with not enough time passing. I can even tell that the ad is cropped because I’ve seen the same ads appear normal before/in other apps.
