Have the same problem. The issue was opened on 30th of June with status "In progress" and now "Waiting on player". BUT - what a surprise, there is no possibility to contact with advisor. Sounds very very unprofesional to just take a money for games with ZERO support. I bought a game to son who is asking me every day whether Mr. Advisor already contact us - no my dear, there is still no reply. Moreover Ive checked the e-mails and status on EU super help portal, where even a "chat with advisor" is no longer active. And dont tell me there is also another solution - NO, there is NOT. Just clicking between two windows - "Check your case" and "Recomended". In the most of the case Im quite calm, but this all case is more than a disturbing. Thanks
