Cant find my account

I have been having issues with plants vs zombies 2 . It kept crashing so after looking for help , took a screen shot of my player id and unstalled the game. I reinstalled it put my email in and bough...

    You should only have to register once, there is an issue if you enter your email address using autofil, it adds an extra blank space to the end of your email address that must be removed.

@MAGICDAVESHROOM I didn't know you had to register multiple times . This is my 3rd time playing this game the first time I just finished the Wild West the 2nd time my son accidentally deleted the app I came here and I got help in registering my email . But it didn't work that time either so I restarted all my progress all my plants were gone and I figured since I registered my account this time I could get it restored but still nothing
