Cant load into game. Error Message: Oh No! You have lost connection to EA Server
Hello EA Service, I have an error on my PC loading into the PVZ Garden Warfare 2 game. I am launching this strictly through EA PLAY, as I did not have the game on Steam. I read on some solutions that people have transferred there accounts to a different EA PLAY account?
The loading screen will briefly fade into a black screen then go back and display the error message. I have tried changing my DNS, clearing my cache, rebooting my computer, using my mobile hotspot, using a VPN, allowing it through firewall, restarting my computer, and deleting the License folder. I am using Ethernet so I have a good fast connection. I've seen every page on trouble shooting my connection but that does not seem to be the issue.
On my account I am able to play a different game (Star Wars Battlefront 2) perfectly fine and play in online modes. But when it gets to PVZ GW2 it gets stuck. Rarely, I will briefly load into the game and see my character, but then it quickly disappears and goes back to the error message.
I've already contacted EA support before but it has not seemed to be helpful. Please help me I have around 100 hours in this game and I believe 5 hours are just from me being stuck in the loading screen.
