You must have android version 4.4 (Kitkat) or later to run pvz2.
If you did sign up to EA's email registration scheme then you should be able to get a unique code sent to your email address, just make sure that there is no blank space left by autocorrect when you type your email address.
If that doesn't work, the option of last resort is to contact EA HELP CENTER and ask them to reinstall your gamedata from the backup servers.
However, you must have the correct player id number associated with your old account.
