Can't sync PVZ 2 account

Hi, I've recently reinstalled the game, but progress hasn't synced.

I've logged in with my Google Account, on an Android device (Galaxy S7).

I used to play in this same phone, now I'm simply reinstalling the game.

Please help

    Cant sync my account on EA or google play. see my screenshot. no button for syncing. installed this from google play and i have many top up from play store with this game. i dont want to reinstall it.please help to sync my acc.
