Christmas update reset progress

so i have got my progress reset after the christmas update and i would like to help my account get recovered, my apple username is danielmali23, i have spent a lot of money and had that account for 5+ years i would rather not have this progress lost

You need to contact EA Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page.&nbsp; I hope you know your original player ID as the advisor needs this information to recover your account from the backup server.
