You can't, EA removed the last 10 levels from most worlds and bring one back once every two weeks as a 10 level quest,
I think it's to save space on smartphones and tablets.
Don't worry, it will come round again.

@lawmfw *shudders* pass. I still have nightmares on that last level. It was a subliminal message to buy KFC. And I was dreaming of KFC for a couple of nights. 😛
