Electric blueberry arena glitch(update)

Why will I keep putting money into this game if it doesn't follow through. 

I got the same issue with the electric blueberry.

The developers are just tricksters.

When i want a seed count, i go into Arena, then Practice, then when choosing plants, look under the icon of the chosen plant and you should see the seed count. also, i am fairly sure the electric blueberry is a plant that needs to be purchased thru the store. any seeds you earn in the Arena can be used to upgrade the plant but not for unlocking the plant. 

I think you can only buy the electric blueberry. 

It actually was a glitch, emailed ea.. and they just gave it to me.  You have to reach the 500 in arena.  But was shocked they fixed it

what do you mean they gave it to you ? did they give you the seeds or did they give you the plant ? also, how did you email them, and what was their response time ? i am sure a lot of us in here are also interested to know. thank you. 

can i get their email please?

I submitted a ticket and chatted with an EA Advisor who took my information and opened a bug report for this issue. We will see if they actually do anything about it. They were not able to unlock the plant for me. 😒
