Daily Activities reward cannot be claimed & Event progress resets

Hello,

I have been experiencing several issues in Plants vs. Zombies 2 on iOS for the past few days.

1. “Complete 8 Daily Activities” reward cannot be claimed

• I complete all 8 Daily Activities.
• The 10 Gems reward becomes available.
• Tapping Claim does nothing.
• Tapping Claim All also skips it.
• Restarting the game does not fix the issue.
• This has happened for several consecutive days.

2. Event progress resets

I completed 7 stages in an Event, but later the progress changed to only 3 completed stages without any reason.

3. Register an EA Account, but can’t get the reward for it

I successfully linked my EA Account, but I never received the 20 Gems reward for linking the account.

Device:

• iPad (iOS)
• Latest available version from the App Store

Could you please investigate this issue?
