data loss

The day after I beat all of the worlds, I was playing the endless mode. then my phone died, and when I opened back up to the app, all of my progress was gone. I don't know the ID, but it was connected to my Google account (or email). I used the email to try to recover the progress, but that didn't work. I did it again, but then it showed me the account from the first time I tried to fix it, then the current one (I'm sorry if you can't really get what I'm saying I'm bad at explaining things). it said "identity error", I think. I have no screenshots of my account ID, and I think I only have screenshots of 1 or 2 plants. So now I'm stuck with 2 accounts, both saying that I have no progress.

  • as you can see, my original account isn't here anymore 

  • I remember how many gems I had, I had just bought sap fling so I had 0 gems, and I'm positive I was either in brick league, or the league above it

  • First of all remove the screenshot of the player ID for safety reasons 

    Press the wrench in the game,then press help which will open a webpage.
    File a report under the banner I want to recover a deleted account.
    you will need your player ID
    This is found under download preferences
    This will open a case
    EA will respond via email

  • also, like I said, those aren't my actual acc, those are the acc from when I redownloaded the game and tried to restore data using my email
