I reached exactly 150 crowns but it only rewarded me with 20 Dazey Chain packets

To all players who experienced season rewards missing:
I have good news. My missing rewards have been corrected.
It took two attempts as the first response was quite quick (within 30 minutes) but had missed out my 5th profile, I contacted again and now all missing rewards have been corrected.
A big thank you @EA_Blueberry , EA Help center, and especially to Nisha and Rakesh.

Three was my limit !
I created 10 initially because I thought there were going to be 10 plant levels but later I discovered some plants can go up to 20 so I added 10 more, but all these were done before the restriction set in.
I have a few more offered to me after the restriction, this is when I travel to a different country/continent.
So in all I now have over 25 but only 5 are active. 👿
