Missing Game Progress

I need urgent help with my Plants vs. Zombies 2 game progress. I recently logged out of my account, which is linked to this email address, and now my cloud save data is missing. When I try to log back in, the game only shows new profiles with zero progress. I am unable to restore my old account automatically. Please check your servers for my legitimate save data and assist me in forcing a synchronization to my device. My estimated progress was about 293  with about 3 Gems.
