Deleted game all progress lost

I was downloading something and I accidentally deleted pvz2 and it removed all my data I was on lost world 12 when it deleted everything and sent me back to the tutorial

    I assume you mean you were given two new IDs after the ID conflict screen.  If this was the case, do you know your original player ID (or have a screenshot of that ID)?  If you do then there is a good chance to get your old progress recovered with the helps from the Help Center by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

    Have you registered your email address with the game to receive some free gems before the game was deleted?  If so you can do the email register again using the same email address to recover your progress.

    Yes I did and I tried the same email and it gave me a new code
