Didn’t get the registration reward
I’ve completed the registeration as required but I haven’t received the promise reward of 100gems

If you registered the first time they tried this when it went horribly wrong then you won't get anything as they already gave you a smaller number of gems.
If you didn't already register then complain to EA HELP CENTER (below) and they will probably give you your 100 gems eventually.
