Didn’t get the registration reward
I’ve completed the registeration as required but I haven’t
received the promise reward of 100gems

If you registered the first time they tried this when it went horribly wrong then you won't get anything as they already gave you a smaller number of gems.
If you didn't already register then complain to EA HELP CENTER (below) and they will probably give you your 100 gems eventually.
Yup me too .... Registered email but NO 100 Gems rewarded !
