EA Apparently No Longer Supports PVZ2

Been playing since this game since it was released in 2013 and have purposely paid money to buy new plants, etc, figuring I was helping ensure that this game stays alive.  Sadly, with the most recent release, progress was lost for most IOS users.  Same thing happened to me last September, I emailed support a copy of my player ID, they opened a case and progress was restored.  I have sent 4 emails since the most recent release wiped all progress, no response.  EA is apparently turning to AI to handle support, which cannot fix this particular issue.

Given the non-response, I went back through Apple to request a refund of purchases most recently made and it was granted.  This is the only matter of recourse one has available at this time.

    I’m having the Dane issues, had to contact them in September to restore my account. Now, it is impossible to contact them. Frustrated
