The bonus seed slot feature was removed from store quite a few updates ago so this might be a problem as the advisor might not have the option to add this to your new account.
Did you register your email to claim free gems with PVZ2? If so, you might be able to recover your old progress by doing the email register again with the same email address.
@TwoZander. Is not wrong, the last time i tried the shiny new EA help center to complain about missing dragon bruit seeds (5 times because they kept on closing my complaint without doing anything), i had the option of emailing EA help to make a complaint.
That option seems to have vanished and the only options left are social media sites and the official forum.
