Ea Help claims game not found for PvsZ 2

Im having trouble with Pennys Pursuit. It claims Zomboss will be back in 16 hours. It has always been on a 12-hour cycle. When I attempt to contact EA through the game, it states PvsZ 2 is not found...

@Spike61 I wanted to confirm if you still cannot see the game on our help site? Can you try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and check if this continues?
