REIMBURSE US!! EA can investigate all day & night, that is not the point! The June calendar did not work. The Big Wave special calendar did not work. Maybe i got lucky, i received 5 seeds for tangle kelp. That was it. Players rely on Help for a variety of reasons, but a daily or specialty calendar not giving out rewards, seems simple. Just REIMBURSE us! That is it! Fix on your time, not ours. When you finally can actually get a case # in & you check it, it says FIXED, but nothing happened except the case was closed. That's enough to * off the Pope. This is what happened to me this morning. On e-mail, chatted with 7 different EA advisors, for about 2 hrs. some asking for the same thing. Gave me web address, just like you did, & this was Help's answer: " Help solutions currently unavaiable, we do not have any recommendations at this time". Using the banner missing content & something i earned. Gave count of all gems, coins, etc 3 times. Basically advisors said the same thing you are saying. It is being investigated. So what. Just give us what we earned by playing the game. What are you going to do once it is fixed? Replay it? Don't think so.
